Victor was serious about finding a job but despite his consistent efforts of applying online and in-person, he faced numerous denials.
One day, Victor connected with one of Meticulon’s site partners to receive support with his pursuit of meaningful employment. Victor was matched with a dedicated coach who used the Meticulon Assessment Service tool (MAS) to assess his employment strengths and areas of growth.

Over time, Victor’s confidence grew and so did his communication skills, which landed him an interview! Within a few months of working with our site partner and using MAS, Victor secured employment, and his employer reported he has been preforming well at work.
