From Entry Level to Leadership: The Disability Inclusion Advantage – Innovating Canada

Our very own Tim Murray, IT Support Manager, was interviewed for an Innovating Canada article with the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE). The article discusses Tim’s journey of being diagnosed with autism as an adult and his path to inclusive hiring.

“Having neurodiverse or persons with disabilities in the workforce broadens an organization’s perspective,” Tim said. “Neurodiverse voices often gently encourage organizations towards initiatives that are good for society at large. Including them not only enhances an organization’s respectability but moves us all towards a better world.”
